About April Green

I have had my real estate license since 2011, building an incredibly successful business since relocating from Washington State in 2010. Before moving to Florida, I spent 16 years as an Executive Assistant at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, operated by the Department of Energy. My experience there, handling multi-million dollar contracts and customer relations, has greatly aided me in navigating the competitive world of real estate.

 

Since 2014, I have been a full-time agent with Duncan, and I absolutely love what I do! Our team is amazing, and we have enjoyed many successful years together. Over my 12+ years as a real estate agent, I have built strong, lasting relationships with local attorneys, lenders, title companies, and local vendors for pretty much anything needed. When I’m not selling homes, I enjoy being a new grandmother to Ayden Grace, cooking, boating, traveling, and spending time with my funny dachshunds, Coco and Winston.

 

My passion is to support our community in meaningful ways through charitable causes. I accomplish this by contributing a percentage of my earned commissions to a variety of local animal rescues.
